We take pride in the quality of our wedding veils and strive to ensure that every bride is completely satisfied with her purchase. If for some reason your wedding veil doesn’t suit you, we have a flexible returns policy within 14 days of receiving your order.
Only accessories that are made to order or with personalization cannot be returned. Since this is an individual order and made according to your request. All other wedding models that are provided on the site can be returned if any defect is found. But we want to convince you that each model is sewn only after your order, since you have the opportunity to choose the length and color yourself. And after payment, we begin to fulfill the order. Therefore, we are confident that you will be satisfied with your choice and the quality of our work.

What does the return process consist of:
- You must send a photo and the reason why you want to return it.
- Please save all labels and packaging for a hassle-free return.
- The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
- We recommend using a reliable delivery service to return the item to ensure its safety. After sending, you need to provide us with the tracking number of the parcel invoice.
- After receiving the returned item, we inspect it so that it is in its original form (without traces of use or ironing) and if the item is in the same condition in which it was sent, we will issue a quick refund to your account, excluding the delivery amount (only for accessory).
It is important to note that we do not provide an exchange service for goods, since you consciously and independently choose the color and length, but are ready to provide you with a refund.
